Apple shows prices in your local currency, and they can differ by country.
The yearly subscription starts with 7 days free. When the 7 days are up it becomes a paid yearly subscription automatically, unless you cancel first. You are not charged anything during the trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged at the start of each new period. To stop that, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
The Lifetime purchase never renews. You pay once.
If a renewal payment fails you have a 16 day billing grace period and keep access while Apple retries.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the next period is charged. If you cancel during a free trial you are not charged, and you keep access until the trial ends.
Apple is the seller, so Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
